A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your experience and will be applied to your total balance. To retain your deposit, you must reschedule—rather than cancel—your experience by phone or text at least 48 hours in advance.
You may reschedule and transfer your deposit once. When requesting a reschedule, you must provide a new date and time on the same day the request is made. Failure to do so will be considered a cancellation, resulting in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, repeated short-notice cancellations, or no-shows will result in refusal of future service.
The remaining balance for you experience can only be paid in cash. I don’t accept electronic payments or cards.
I don’t charge a late fee, as I understand that delays can happen. However, please be respectful of my time by notifying me before your scheduled start time if you’re running late. Failure to communicate may result in your experience being canceled.
I ask that you do not bring another adult with you to your reservation. Well behaved children who will not interrupt the experience are welcomed.
Due to the nature of the products, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, in the unlikely event that I am responsible for canceling your reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded.
